Flat Steel Key Machine

The Framon DBM-1 is a specialized flat key duplicator designed to efficiently duplicate safety deposit box, locker, and padlock keys. The DBM-1 is built with the usual Framon standard giving you years of trouble-free service.

Features of the DBM-1:

• Specialized for duplicating flat steel keys such as safety deposit box, locker, and padlock keys
• Accommodates blanks up to 2 1/2″ long
• Equipped with a .045″ carbide slotter and wire deburring brush (nylon option available)
• Rotating guide accommodates up to six different cutter widths: .035″, .055″, .066″, .088″, and a combined .100″ cut
• Precision depth adjustments in .001″ increments
• Sealed ball bearings in the spindle for smooth operation
• Built-in rod wipers maintain cleanliness during key cutting
• Capable of cutting various keys simultaneously, including Cut Master Padlock corrugated keys, locker, letterbox, and safety-deposit box keys
