If you have Version 15.5.1, through 15.6.X please update to 15.7.2 using the link below. This will add 500 Arctic Cat codes (C & D series for 2014+ vehicles). This also fixes a tracing error on the LKP Xtreme & Xtreme S machine and a few minor issues with other code lookups.

If you are seeing an “ERROR 12” on startup, (you will also see “APPUPDATE” reference in the error box) do the following::
Change your shortcut: Right click on the desktop “Gcode 14” icon. A small menu will appear. Select “Properties”. Where it shows “Target: C:\Gcode 14\Appupdate.exe” simply change it to “C:\Gcode 14\Gcode.exe”. Click Apply/Save/OK and your program should start normally. Once you are at the main menu of Genericode, click on Application Setup and change the “Check For Updates” radio button to “NO”.
If you are seeing an “ERROR 12” on startup and have AVG Antivirus on your computer, a file has been removed by your AVG system from Gcode. You will also see “APPUPDATE” reference in the error box. To fix this, you can do one of two things:
1. Change your shortcut: Right click on the desktop “Gcode 14” icon. A small menu will appear. Select “Properties”. Where it shows “Target: C:\Gcode 14\Appupdate.exe” simply change it to “C:\Gcode 14\Gcode.exe”. Click Apply/Save/OK and your program should start normally.
2. Reinstall the application using your setup program (CD-ROM or download link) to replace the deleted file. Once completed you will have to go to your AVG Control Panel and add Gcode 14 to your “exclusions” list.
If you are getting a “Replacement File Needed” message when starting Gcode, you will need to reload your program. This is typically caused by the program being “killed” by Windows when doing an update. If you usually leave Genericode running, it is possible that files can become corrupt by Windows doing an automatic update & restarting the computer as part of the process. Be sure to exit Gcode every evening if your computer is set up to automatically update & restart itself.

Genericode 10 works with the same progression engine as version 9. If you are having problems progressing a code, visit the version 9 support site & download Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 or higher.

Upgrade your version 9 to 9.3.2 with the following update. Do not download this if you are on any version earlier than 9! Download the 9.3.2 update by clicking here. Save it to your desktop & double click the “932.exe” to install the program.
PROGRESSION ERRORS:
For the progression engine in Genericode ME to function properly, you must have Microsoft .NET Framework installed. Version 2 .NET Framework will allow most computers to progress keys properly.
